We are pleased to confirm that Georgina Roberts,  Private Client Solicitor working out of our Heswall branch,  has been appointed an Associate Member of Solicitor’s for the Elderly (“SFE”).  SFE is an independent, national organisation of solicitors (and other legal professionals) who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families, and carers.

Georgina said “After being in practice for over five years and specialising in the Private Client field, I tend to deal a lot with elderly and vulnerable clients and so was keen to expand my knowledge in this area to ensure that I am able to give the best service and support I can.  It is important for me and the firm to ensure that we are providing a clear and accessible service to all of our clients.

As an Associate Member of SFE, I am trained to be able to take into account any difficulties (both mental and physical) which can particularly affect elderly and vulnerable clients and am able to tailor my advice and the access to our services accordingly.  I look forward to working towards becoming a Full and Accredited Member over the next year”.
