Michael Sandys has joined GWL as a Partner to expand its Company/ Commercial services.

He will be based at the Liverpool office.

His expertise includes commercial agreements, intellectual property and media and the buying and selling of businesses.  He has also helped businesses and start-ups with growth ambitions and the securing of equity investment.  He recently acted for Fusion Implants who were runners up in the local Innovations Awards.

He brings with him large firm experience from his 9 years at Halliwells and Cobbetts in Manchester where he acted for large companies such as Matalan, Tyco, PZ Cussons and Henri-Lloyd and recently helped to set up a brand new commercial department at a local firm.
