We are delighted to announce the continued growth of our Property Team with the arrival of two highly experienced property lawyers.
Mark Broughton joins us as a Partner bringing his expertise in all aspects of residential property. He also has particular knowledge and interest in setting up and supervising systems to improve the efficiency and user friendliness to clients of conveyancing and related services.
Mark will be working from Liverpool for a few months and thereafter from our Heswall Office.
Paula Hanlon joins us as an Associate bringing considerable experience in commercial property, especially in acquisitions, site assembly and disposals as well as management of commercial property portfolios.
Paula has also been a senior manager of a Golf Resort and Spa and gained a postgraduate CBA (Football Industries) leading to her registration as an FA Intermediary. Such eclectic and unusual skills in a lawyer add to Paula’s ability to understand and advise clients on business issues.
Paula is based at our Liverpool Office.
