As a competent and driven Solicitor you will be joining colleagues with a shared desire for success at a firm that encourages development and opportunities. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of private client matters including Probate and Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts and Deputyship.

Ideally, you will have between 4-8 years PQE, have great attention to deal, organisation and time management skills and be focussed and driven. We are recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor who is driven, talented, self-motivated and who has a desire to develop within our well-established and successful firm.
You would be working at our Liverpool office dealing with a varied caseload which will include sales, acquisitions, development agreements and preparing and negotiating leases. You will take matters through from initial contact to completion and you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating, as required. Experience of dealing with S25 Notices is an advantage.

Permanent / Full time (35 hours) – although we would consider a part time candidate initially
Market rate salary
Experience – minimum 3 years PQE – although we are happy to consider all applications from candidates who can demonstrate the required skills.
