After qualifying in 1983, Jane spent the first 6 years as a Solicitor with Alsop Stevens Bateson (Now DLA) and then moved to DWF for two years. She joined Guy Williams Layton in 1990 and was made a Partner in 1992.
As Head of the Private Client Department she has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of private client work ranging from insolvent estates to multi million pound trusts and estates. Jane is assisted by Ian Ritchie and Gwen Collins in the private client areas of work and by Wendy Rintoul in domestic property work.
For those clients who would prefer to visit an office on the Wirral we have a branch at Heswall and would always be pleased to meet clients there.
Jane was a Tax Commissioner and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
